carrot salad. one of my favorites.
I grated 4 carrots, added about two tablespoons of sour cream, ‘spiced’ it up with some white truffle salt, my all-time favorite german salad dressing mix “salatkroenung” (we import those from germany. we can never, ever run out on these), a bit of white champagne dressing, sunflower oil and some roasted sunflower seeds. that’s it. healthy, delicious and almost no dishes đŸ˜‰
